Server.
The Server is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is service-oriented, and has an interest in serving guests top-notch food and drinks. This position will be focused on serving food and beverages, answering our guest’s questions on menu items, drink options, and our Certified Piedmontese beef. Some experience waiting on tables is required, and knowledge of various cocktails and wines is preferred. Assume other duties as assigned.
This position will work Tuesday - Sunday evenings, 4–11 pm. Full-time job with benefits available.
Minimum of 19 years of age to serve alcohol.
Bartender.
The Bartender position will be an integral part of this upscale dining operation. The role will serve drinks, take orders, and make wine recommendations. This position may also help tables.

Some experience in bartending is required. We prefer applicants be knowledgeable in a variety of cocktails and wines.

The Bartender will also be responsible for the bar's setup, maintenance, and operation. Operation of the bar may include but is not limited to washing and sterilizing glassware, preparing garnishes for drinks, and assisting in severs needs.
This position will have evening and day shifts available. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Line Cook.
The Line Cook will be an integral part of the grand opening of this upscale dining operation. The position will work with professional chefs, preparing top-notch food with some of the finest ingredients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food and an interest in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. The preferred applicant would have some experience working as a line cook. Experience butchering steaks and portioning products is a plus. The Line Cook will be part of the entire food preparation process. Duties will include assisting with food preparation, making various dishes from scratch, cooking up items to specifications, and plating and garnishing plates. Assume other duties as assigned.
This position will primarily have hours from Thursday – Saturday. Full-time or part-time options are available.
Host.
The Host will be integral to this upscale dining operation, establishing an elite dining experience for every guest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is service-oriented, and is interested in serving guests a top-notch dining experience. This position will be focused on guiding diners to their tables and coordinating with front-of-house staff during each service. Some duties may involve serving food and drinks, answering our guest’s questions on menu items, drink options, and our Certified Piedmontese beef. Some experience waiting on tables is preferred, along with knowledge of various cocktails and wines.
This position will have evening shifts. Part-time opportunities are available.
Minimum of 19 years of age to serve alcohol.
Dishwasher.
The Dishwasher will work on cleaning up dishes, pans, floors, and workspaces both in the kitchen and butcher shop, with the potential for other assigned duties. This position will ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained. The Dishwasher will have the opportunity to learn from professional chefs and begin to train in food preparation. The ideal candidate would be someone that has a long-term interest in working in a kitchen with the desire to grow within the food industry.
Full-time: Day shift, Flexible schedule, and weekend availability required. Part-time: Tuesday-Friday 4:30-10:30 pm; weekend availability required.
